Subscribe & Save Recurring Order Program

Are there must-have Jilyn Skincare products that you cannot bear to run out of? Do you want your favorite products delivered without having to remember to place an order? Do you want to save money on your favorite products? If the answer to any of these questions is yes, then the Subscribe & Save Recurring Order Program is for you.

How to Join

Select the Subscribe & Save option when adding eligible products to your cart
- Must commit to receive your recurring order for at least two cycles
  - Initial order not included
- A 5% discount will be applied to the price of your products

Managing Your Subscription

After two recurring cycles occur, you may do the following:
- Change the products in your subscription
- Cancel products in your subscription
- Cancel your subscription
Ways to make changes
- Changes to subscription frequency
  - Via link in confirmation email
  - Logging into your online account
- Changes to products and/or cancellations
  - Send email request to info@jilynskincare.com
    - Cancellation requests are processed Monday thru Thursday
    - Must be submitted 5 business days prior to upcoming order date
      - Normal business days are Monday-Thursday
      - Cancellation request cutoff time is 5 PM EST
