Jilyn Skincare accepts credit card payments through Paypal and a separate credit card processor.  Payments can be processed via Paypal without a having a Paypal account. If payment is flagged during processing for potentially fraudulent charges, the order will be canceled, refunded and the customer will be notified.



Jilyn Skincare ships to the United States, U.S. territories, and some international locations at this time.  Jilyn Skincare is not responsible for any additional fees incurred at the time of pickup for international shipments.  The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.  All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation included unless another carrier is selected.  Shipping charges are a flat rate of $5.  All products are made fresh to order and will ship Tuesday - Thursday after receipt of a cleared payment.  You will be notified of out-of-stock merchandise as soon as possible. 

Jilyn Skincare is based in Georgia.  During the spring and summer seasons, please make sure you are available to retrieve your order as soon as it is delivered or have your order shipped to a location where someone will be able to pick it up immediately.  Orders placed during the Summer, approximately June to September, will be shipped with thermal bubble paper, Tuesday thru Thursday only.  Order containing body butter will be shipped on Monday only.   Items are sensitive to the heat and may melt if left outside.  Butters can be whipped again if melting does occur. Melting does not negatively interfere with the properties of the butter. Jilyn Skincare does not replace body butter that has melted.


It is the goal of Jilyn Skincare for each customer to be happy and satisfied with their purchase.  Due to the personal nature of these products, returns cannot be accepted and all sales are final. If merchandise is damaged, Jilyn will work with you to provide a mutually beneficial solution. Please notify us of damage within 48 hours of the delivery date of your order. Please note no product exchanges or refunds will be considered for items due to the customer not being satisfied with the scent, texture, etc. of the product.  No product can be returned without the written consent of Jilyn Skincare.



We cannot cancel orders once they are submitted. However, you can refuse the package when it arrives.  Once the returned package has been received, a refund will be issued for the product total minus a 15% restocking fee.  Shipping fees will not be refunded.



In the event of a defect in material or workmanship, Jilyn Skincare may replace the goods or refund the purchase price for merchandise only.  Replacements and refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Jilyn Skincare, provided that a written claim and photo evidence is received via e-mail or postal mail within 48 hours of the delivery date. Jilyn Skincare liability shall not, in any event, exceed the cost of furnishing a replacement for the defective product. In no event will Jilyn Skincare be liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages for damage, injury, loss of use, and/or loss of profit resulting from the use or misuse of any product purchased from Jilyn Skincare. Since some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states, liability is limited to the fullest extent permissible by law. Under no circumstances shall jilynskincare.com or any other party involved in the creating, producing and distribution of jilynskincare.com be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use jilynskincare.com, including but not limited to omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or email, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance, whether or not resulting from acts of God, communications failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to jilynskincare.com records, programs or services. Users hereby acknowledge that this paragraph shall apply to all content, merchandise, and services available through jilynskincare.com.


Mobile Terms of Service

The Jilyn Skincare mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Jilyn Skincare (“Jilyn Skincare”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Jilyn Skincare’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Jilyn Skincare through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Jilyn Skincare. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to JILYN45 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Jilyn Skincare mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
